ACOLE offers a variety of courses and activities to the local community, sorrounding neighborhoods and employees of the supportive company.
 Bazaar
Through donations, needy families are assisted by Acole. They receive clothing, winter clothing, food baskets, toys, school and hygiene supplies as well as counseling and guiding.
Lybrary and videoplace
It receives books and DVD´s donations in different categories. They are recovered, cataloged and made available to the community. It is open to the public and is free. The user can do researches, "rent" a book or DVD, when registered (present ID) at the front desk to pick up the material.
Other Actions
Other vocational courses (seasonal), as of welding and electrical courses as well as social actions in the north of the state, are also part of Acole´s branch of activities. For more

BAKERY SCHOOL
The aim here is to promote young and adult´s social inclusion living in risky and/or poverty, preparing the local community for the job market. We offer baker, confectioner, waiter and alternative cuisine courses.
Come and enjoy the delights of this project. If you like and approve the products made by the students, you may be giving them a chance. They are taking orders. Contact us for more information.

DIGITAL INCLUSION
It Offers computer access to children, youth and adults preparing them for the job market, opening new frontiers for knowledge. It offers courses in basic and advanced computing, the Office package, Corel Draw, and computer assembly and maintenance.

It offers craft, beauty, aesthetics courses and through public lectures the women receive valuable information. It Recovers self-esteem and enables women to participate in the family´s income

MUSIC & CITIZENSHIP
It seeks to combat violence, marginalization, child prostitution and school evasion through music. It Offers guitar, flute, percussion and choir lessons for 08 to 15 year old students who attend school regularly. Classes are in the morning and afternoon.

SCORE 10 SPORTS
It contributes to boy´s character formation, encouraging them to school attendance. Fulfilling some spare time with activities directed to avoiding marginalization, drug use and prostitution.
It offers soccer and beach soccer lessons for 07 to 15 year olders who attend school regularly. Morning and afternoon classes.

CHILD EDUCATION
It offers daycare for 06 to 1 year old children and early education for 2 to 6 year old children. Vacancies are limited, although 60% vacancies are exclusively for União´s employee children and 40% for community children. The purpose of this project is to help needy families unable to afford paying for a daycare or child education for their children.
The adopted teaching method is based on "PLAYING IS LEARNING" by Daizy Acosta de Oliveira, pedagogy, Psychoanalyst and Specialist in the development of human potential. Daizy is a voluntary who helps training the teachers and developing the activity annual program to União´s daycare center. This program proposes to enable children up to 4 years old to start reading and writing
